NCBJ Audit Process

1. Client implements management system in accordance with the standard

 2. Client submits application along with supporting documents to NCBJ

3. NCBJ presents client with a certification contract

4. Client signs contract and makes payment to the NCBJ

5. NCBJ schedules and conducts Stage 1 Audit and provides auditor’s report 

6. Client corrects areas of concern

7. NCBJ schedules and conducts Stage 2 Audit 

8. NCBJ Executive Committee reviews auditor’s report 

9. Client corrects non-conformances as necessary

10. Certification is approved and NCBJ issues certificate to client
